Health & Fitness Tip of the Day #181
Michelle Caines | 21 Oct 2011 @ 09:10
Find squatting difficult? Use a bench or a chair to learn to squat with perfect form. Stand in front of the bench or chair when you squat. Lower yourself as if you were sitting down. When your butt touches the bench, push yourself back up. Try it with just bodyweight first then gradually try adding a light bar or some dumbbells.
