Push UpQ. How can something as old-school as a press up - hands on the ground, knees off the floor, and push - still be in use, and even be growing in acceptance?

A. Because it works out your whole body, it's better on your back than crunches, and you can use your raw press up count as a graduated curve toward fitness. Why do you think the military still use them to gauge fitness? Press-ups are under-rated so why not do some today and see just how great they are!
