Controversial: Does eating a big breakfast increase calorie intake?

I found this interesting article on the BBC website, personally I would disagree with it or at the very least challenge it. Whilst, yes it could be said that a big breakfast doesnt reduce calorific intake, this all depends on many factors, the person themselves, the way the food is cooked, the quality of the food source etc?

Energy Drinks : Good or Bad?

Marketing has exaggerated what has been discovered by science. While these drinks may well give you an energy boost, they don’t quite work the way the manufacturers would have you believe. For all the cool marketing, they amount to little more than a shot of caffeine and/or sugar, essentially combining the effects of a coffee and a fizzy drink!
