When most people consider exercising, they imagine that they’ll have to enroll in a gym for a membership, shop for new exercise clothes so they don’t embarrass themselves in front of strangers in their ratty old workout clothes and that they’ll spend hours each morning before work sweating it out. However, exercise does not have to mean hitting the gym for hours at the crack of dawn.

An article released today by BBC News, follows the publication of a report by Macmillan Cancer Support advising all cancer patients to exercise for at least two and a half hours a week.
Being advised to rest and take it easy after treatment is an outdated view, the charity says.
