Spring is officially here! the bulbs are beginning to flower, trees are starting to green up, the weather is turning milder and easter eggs are in the shops! But, the time I have been waiting for - the clocks go forward this weekend, at last, its been a long winter. UK Summer Time (BST - British Summer Time) = GMT +1, so before you go to bed on Saturday night don't forget to put your clocks forward by an hour!

It's also going to be a great weekend for sport with The 157th Boat Race taking place on Saturday 26 March 2011 at 17:00 and the Grand Prix kicks off, albeit a couple of weeks later than scheduled, with the Australian GP on Sunday 27th March.
