The BH Fitness SB3 Magnetic Indoor Cycle uses magnetic resistance to control the level of workout. It is a clever design that gives optimum performance.

The steel frame, aluminum flywheel and styling gives the SB3 a distinctive look.

The console and the magnetic resistance are key design features that make using this bike a real pleasure. It's designed for light commercial use which means that for home use it will offer incredible performance.

One big plus over many other indoor cycles is the magnetic resistance system which means there's no need to keep replacing the brakes as you would on mechanical models.

The fully adjustable saddle and handlebars means everyone will be able to find a position that's comfortable. The handlebar design gives you the option of using a number of racing style grips. The trekking pedals have both standard baskets and cycling shoe clips so your feet won't slip.

Another almost unique feature on the SB3 is that it has an easy to read LCD console - something you don't see on most indoor cycling bikes. This displays all the usual data such as speed, time, distance, and calories used.

Excellent product at a great price

As is so often the case with fitness equipment, it's well worth buying up to a standard, rather than down to a price.

Perfect for indoor training!

This is much better than the bikes I've been spinning on in the Gym. Quality, sturdy, fully adjustable and very quiet. Computer is basic but a bonus and a good guideline re. The effort you are putting in.

This was on interest free credit, excellent. PS very easy to put together in about 20 minutes

Great value bike

This feels very solid and smooth in its operation. I'm keen on Spinning classes at the gym and this feels just like the bikes we use there.

Does the console on the SB3 show RPM? Hearing conflicting information from competitors - some saying it does / others saying it doesn't? Thanks, Neil

Magnetic resistance adjustment


Is the resistance adjustment with that big red knob? I ask this because once I know the resistance I need for a particular type of training I want to be able to achieve that again quickly. Other trainers i have used have had it adjustable at the console so you can recall a resistance number.
