An excellent cross trainer!

I've had my X5 for about two years now and it gets used about three or four times a week. Despite this its still as good as new. Excellent quality materials and movement. Some good standard programmes that suit me just fine. Fat burning (inevitably) and the Sports training a favourites as is the EZ Resistance which is anything but!
Overall its been a great purchase and has helped me both improve and retain my fitness and reduce and manage my weight. Frankly I would not be without it!
