Awesome Piece of Kit!

The rower is undeniably the best most intense all over body cardio workout you can get which is why I opted for one. I am a fan of concept but not their price tag so I thought i would buy this very reasonably priced Spirit R800. This machine is very nice looking, very smooth and extremely comfortable. The footplates are huge, the straps a little hard to tighten up especially if you have teeny feet like me, but overall its a fantastic machine at fantastic value. One final word - It is pretty big - you need space to house it! It dominates my garage so for home use my advice would be to make sure you measure up first (I didn't).
