Spirit XE395 Incline Elliptical

NEW FOR 2011! The New Spirit XE395 incline trainer is an exceptional elliptical trainer. The console is equipped with a unique muscle activation profile system, It’s important to understand which muscle groups are gaining the most benefit during your work-out. On our elliptical trainers, you will be using your glutes (bottom), hamstring (back of your thigh), quad (thigh), calf, and pecs and arm muscles.

The LED’s lights will activate in three degrees of engagement: Green represents minimal muscle involvement, Amber for medium involvement, and Red, full or heavy involvement. Use this quick reference to challenge yourself during your work-out.

You can change the gradient of the incline ramp up to 20% to target increased muscle groups in the lower body during your workout.

All Spirit Fitness elliptical trainers are built with extra-heavy-gauge steel tubing to give them a stable base. The frames go through a complete chemical-dip process to assure that the durable powder-coat paint is scratch resistant.
