The WaterRower Mat is a 90" x 36" mat to place under your WaterRower to protect your flooring.

The WaterRower Cleaning Kit comprises a selection of WaterRower friendly cleaning products. Includes:-
* Abrasion free micro fibre towels
* Safe-to-use cleaning fluids and purification tablets

The WaterRower S4 Performance Monitor utilizes digital, Ant+ Internal heart rate transmitter kit monitoring while you row.

The Digital Heart Rate Monitoring Kit uses state of the art ANT+ wireless technology to accurately measure heart rate and display it on the WaterRower monitor. The digital ANT+ kit differs from the analog Polar type kit by its increased range and accuracy. With this technology, there is no longer a need for an extension to relocate and affix the monitor to the rail under the seat.

The S4 Heart Rate System displays the Heart Rate in the Heartrate window.

You may also set your required Heartrate zones, when you are above and below your set zone an audible and visual signal is produced, when you are in the zone, your relevant position is shown by the zone increment indicators.

The Heartrate Advanced function enables more detailed analysis of your Heartrate Zone workout including:

* Peak Heartrate
* Time spent above Zone
* Time spent in Zone
* Time spent below Zone

WaterRower Protective Mat

The WaterRower Mat is a 90" x 36" mat to place under your WaterRower to protect your flooring.

HiRise Adaptor

The WaterRower HiRise Adaptor has been designed to raise the WaterRower 8" (200mm) in order to provide;

* Ease of entry
* Higher positioning when in use

The WaterRower HiRise adaptor comes as a retrofit kit and attaches easily to all Wood WaterRower Models.

WaterRower XL Rails

The WaterRower, with standard rails, caters for an inside leg measurement of up to 38" (965 mm)

If you are particularly long in the leg, then there is an XL Rail option

The XL Rail Option increases the rail length by 4" (100mm), catering for an inside leg measurement of up to 42" (1065mm)

Note - The WaterRower XL Rail option is available on wooden models only

USB

The Serial to USB Adaptor allows interface between an older Series 4 V.1 monitor with an RS232 PC cable and a PC with a modern USB port.

A RS-232 Serial Cable is required for this connection and not included with this item.
