superb service

everyone has been very helpful and the service in receiving this product was very good too.
i love my new product but be warned dont be tempted to over do the exercises initially you really dont need to spend a lot of time the machine does the work in record time !

I was unsure on which model of the Powerplates to go for as there was so many in different price ranges.

PowerPlate My3 Review

I had both my knees replaced within the last 18 months, and I started back playing golf late last year. My golf game has come back better then it was 5 years ago. I think that The My3 was a huge factor in this, as I do not exercise.

This is a high quality product and I'm enjoying using it every day. I'd like to thank GymCompany for accommodating my delivery requirements. Amazing

I love my new PowerPlate. Bit of a stretch financially (hence the 4 stars on price). I'm not a keen gym goer and needed something to get in shape at home. Delivery was fast and the installers were pleasant and efficient.

Quick Delivery

I ordered the Poweplate using the Finance Option, and it has just arrived, 4 days after my signed paperwork was recieved for this option.

The Delivery guys quickly setup the plate and gave me a quick run-through - great service! Now it's here, it a perfect size - I live in a small 2 bedroom flat and it fits perfectly in the lounge.

How do I know which PP is best for me?


Hi Sarah, I've just been looking at all the different models and wondering which one is best for me - I'm thinking of going for the my3 as it's really the only one in my budget! Why is it so much cheaper than the other models - will it do just as good a job? Thanks, Sarah

Hello Sarah The main differenced between the two models is the frequency, size and pre-set programmes MY3- set frequency of 35 hz no additional programmes MY5 – slightly larger plate, 30-40 hz in 1hz increments, 4 pre- set programmes Having a frequency of 35 hz is definitely going to give you great results. This is the proven frequency medically that will give your body optimum results at a steady pace. I think that if a my3 is to your budget then do it as you will definitely see the results. If you can stretch to a my5 then you get that extra frequency to boost your workout after time, you also get those programmes to run with. Kind regards Sarah

Hello Clair Thank you for your enquiry. The Power Plate machines combat cellulite by using the intense vibrations to break down the cells that cause the problem. Basically all of the machines will work in combatting this, but the higher the frequency on the effective areas will give a better result.
