Having only had the power plate for a week I am getting fantastic results..FAST! Combined with somme running+rowing+yoga it really does deliver. Delivery was over 14days and limited to one day a week..not great..but goods make up for it. A brilliant investment!

I have had this machine since May. In just a few weeks of using this machine my back pain had gone. It has given me a new lease of life. I did not ever think I would ever be free from pain. It is easy to use and fits into my busy life. I highly recommend the machine and the gym company to buy it from.

I love the Power Plate, its simply fabulous!! I have struggled for over a year to re-gain my figure after giving birth, and since purchasing one of the Power-Plates not only have I lost weight, my stomach is now flatter and looks toned and I feel so much fitter so run around after my child, I cannot reccomend this enough!!
