The Power Plate my5 Black uses the principles of Acceleration Training to stimulate the body's natural response to vibration. I love my PowerPlate my5. Yes it's a lot of money but it was a gift to myself and I'm worth it!!
I'm a size 10 and wanted to tone up and not necessarily lose any weight. Noticeable results within 7 days... impressive!

I'm so pleased that I opted for the my5 & not the my3, after careful consideration (price being the main factor). After only two weeks I'm all ready seeing results. The my5 will help you tone up quickly and the exercises are tough, so it's true when they say you only need to do 10 to 15 mintues 3 x a week. This machine is an excellent toning/fat burning tool. However, it does not replace cardio exercise, which I still do 3 x a week. Over all, really chuffed with the results. The Gym Company were also really helpful regarding speedy delivery and customer service. One downside is that the neighbour knocked our door, wondering what the vibration was, so we've now moved it to a firmer surface in the house. If you can aford it, buy it!

- Espensive but worth it

This is an expensive item to buy but I don't regret a penny. I'd read about these machines for ages and really wanted to try one for myself. I've had mine for 2 months, use it religiously 3 times per week (at first for 10 mins, now for 20 mins) and have lost over 9kg. I've also dropped two jeans sizes (from 16 to 12). Need to work more on the bingo wings but making progress every day! Life changing!
Ordered online and the machine was with me within a few days. Had a minor issue as the manual was missing on delivery. This was resolved within 24 hours so can't complain at all.Did you find this review helpful?
