The Power Plate my5 Silver uses the principles of Acceleration Training to stimulate the body's natural response to vibration. Unlike the exercise bike and stepper that I own which have ended up being used a clothes horses because I have lost interest them, the PowerPlate my% has taken pride of place in my lounge!! I opted for the accessories pack as a free gift and I found the stepper has given my routine lots of variety. I was dubious about spending so much money on 1 piece of equipment but the finance option was interest free so I had nothing to lose and looking back the investment was well worth it, I can tell this everytime I look in the mirror.

- Small problem but easily fixed

There was a slight issue on delivery that the product base was scratched. I had anticipated a difficult time trying to get this fixed but with one phone call an exchange was agreed. Within 7 days I had a brand new machine and an apology letter with a £25 gift voucher. Have not experienced such good service from an online retailer. Lessons to be learned by other companies in this marketplace. Well done chaps.
