This site is predominantly targeted at UK customers although we do deliver internationally. Please visit our International Orders page if you live outside of the UK.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £200 to any UK mainland address. For orders under £200 we charge a small fee of £9.95 to cover postage & packaging.
An extra charge may apply for Northern Ireland and other non-mainland addresses.Please contact us for delivery quotes to any non-mainland UK address
We can also professionally install* your machines and show you how they work. All installers have been comprehensively trained by the equipment manufacturers so that they are able to competently assemble every type of gym machine.
If your order is delivery only (without installation), this should be considered a front door delivery. This means that it will be your responsibility to move the machine to right location in your house.
Delivery times can vary depending on stock levels so we will always give you an estimated delivery period at the time of purchase. We will then call you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. As a guideline, the average delivery times are as follows:
Delivery only (no installation) 5-7 days
Delivery with installation 5-14 days
Custom made product 10-21 days
