The GymCompany Classic Bench Row Plate Loaded is the perfect way to perform this great back exercise.

Fully adjustable to suit all arm lengths, the Classic Bench Row allows you to really work the back with some heavy weight, yet without the stress on the lower back normally associated with rowing exercises.

The step allows easy access and once in position on the Bench Row the bar is easy to reach and take from the heavy duty rests.

Supplied with the Classic Bench Row is our special Row Bar which is designed to allow a full stretch at the top of the movement.

A very safe and extremely effective way to work the back.
