Used with a Loading Pin, weight is applied to the cable and the Wrist Roller worked winding up and down the cable. The wrist Roller can be held in front of the body or can be placed on the Safety Bars of a Power Rack.

What is a loading pin? Is it necessary? How much does one cost?

ANSWERS

Hello Mike The functionality of the loading pin is to allow you to add weight to the wrist roller by attaching the pin to the the carabina clip.
