The GymCompany TruSquat Plate Loaded is the only method or machine that captures a "true" biomechanically correct squatting exercise movement. Out performs any other method including the barbell squat as proven by independent research.

The GymCompany TruSquat Plate Loaded design supports the back (spine) vertically, while guiding the trainee into a natural sitting back motion.

The GymCompany TruSquat Plate Loaded keeps the back, knees, and ankles safe and free from stress. Maximum muscle stimulation is achieved with light to moderate weight loads.

The GymCompany TruSquat Plate Loaded is our only piece of equipment having an adjustment. A height adjustment feature assures everyone the correct squatting angles regardless of height. 5' to 7' Depth limiter to control the depth of the squat. No spotter needed. Cannot be pinned by the machine.
